SHIPPING POLICY

The Art People (TAP) ships all over India.

You can reach us via Whatsapp at +919875622881 between Monday to Friday, 11 am - 7 pm. We strive to answer all queries and provide solutions within 24 working hours.
 
Shipping Duration
We know how eager you are to receive your orders in the finest condition, and on time. This is why we work around the clock to get them to you in the shortest time possible. All products are shipped out between 1 - 2 working days, depending on the category.

Please note, all the products in your order will be dispatched together in one shipment. Working days are exclusive of weekends and public holidays.
In case of unfortunate circumstances beyond our control, there might be a slight delay in the delivery.
 
Shipping Charges

  • To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we levy a flat fee of Rs. 75/- per order. 

  • Customers get free delivery when their cart value is above Rs. 1000/-.​

RETURNS POLICY

  • The customer must raise a return request by sending an image on WhatsApp to +919875622881 within 48 hours of receipt of their order.

  • The customer shall self-ship the products and they must be dispatched within 24 hours after the return request is raised. They must ensure safe and secure packing to prevent any damage during transit. 

  • Product Packaging, Labels & Tags must not be tampered with.

  • Product must be in mint condition for it to be eligible for return.

  • In the case of damaged or defective products, return will be denied.

  • Please note the shipping charge where applicable will not be refunded.
